My first shot had a velocity of 180 FPS after firing a few rounds with rubber ball paintballs, which are heavier than regular paintballs. My second shot had a marginally higher frame rate of 184 FPS, around the promised 200 FPS, even though it was only 16°C (60°F) outside. Since the shotgun had no natural sights, I had to eyeball it.
But when I shot it more frequently, the center of the target became closer to my shots. You should be able to accurately hit an 8–10 inch target at a distance of 30 feet, even if the T4E HDS is not a tac driver. The second shot option shouldn’t be used because the same amount of CO2 is used in both rounds, which results in a reduction of about 50%. Decrease in FPS, making the paintball rounds shoot much slower and less effective.
